This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled on Creators Library, a digital platform owned and operated by FRAMEFRONIC AUDIO LTD (Company No. 16519059), located at Office 8149, 321–323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, United Kingdom, RM6 6AX.

By purchasing from our platform, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

1. Digital Nature of Products

All products sold on Creators Library are intangible digital goods (audio and video assets) provided under a royalty-free license. No physical items are shipped.

Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the content is considered delivered and cannot be returned.

2. All Sales Are Final

Because of the nature of digital content and licensing terms:

  • All sales are final
  • No refunds are issued for:
    • Change of mind
    • Misunderstanding of the content format or licensing terms
    • Incompatibility with your software/hardware
    • Accidental purchases

You are responsible for reviewing product information and usage terms before completing your purchase.

3. When a Refund May Be Granted

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • The purchased product was not delivered or is technically inaccessible (and support could not resolve the issue)
  • Duplicate purchases were made
  • Required by law (e.g., under UK consumer rights)

Each refund request is individually reviewed by our support team. Refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Content Usage and Refund Eligibility

If you have already downloaded, embedded, or used the purchased content in a project, we reserve the right to decline a refund, even if a request falls under acceptable circumstances.

Refund approval does not transfer ownership of the digital content. Upon refund, your license to use the asset is revoked and you must cease use and delete all copies.

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 7 calendar days of your purchase and include:

  • Your full name and email
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Name of the product
  • Clear explanation of the issue
  • Supporting screenshots if applicable

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

6. Repeat Requests and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who:

  • Submit repeated refund requests
  • Abuse our refund system
  • Have previously violated our Terms or License Agreement

7. Refund for Discounted or Promotional Products

Products purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion are not eligible for refunds unless legally required.

8. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

Before initiating a chargeback, you must contact our support team and attempt to resolve the issue. Unapproved chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Forfeiture of access to previously purchased content
  • Permanent ban from the platform
